Funding

Discretionary funding allows us to support events and projects that align with our mandate. The aim of contributing funding is to show solidarity with community groups and increase accessibility through material support.

There is a maximum of $700 per application. Priority will be given to groups that have not received funding from Queer McGill in previous months.

During the academic year, we review requests at the last coordinator meeting at the end of every month. Applications submitted during the summer months (May, June, July, and August) may take longer to process. Additionally, it can take 6-8 weeks for funds to be disbursed. Please take this into account when filling out the application.
